After further (much deeper) investigation, I have to say that while I appreciate Bo Short's comments and critical position, the fact remains that market forces could have prompted Dateline's investigative portrayal. Quixstar is in fact a legitimate business with a strong model and I apologise for calling it evil.

Personally, I would rather put time and effort into building something like the independent franchise system (Quixstar) than simply paying off my creditors.
