okay I know I am missing a day. I was just trying to see how I could show you my dress which I got as my inspiration to loss weight... so far I have lost 3.75 lbs in one month woohoo not so bad when I am on meds that make me gain... I tell you it is not easy at all..

well its 1 am and I can’t sleep, for the weekend I have had a migraine. on November 9th I was supposed to go to my weight loss group, however I couldn’t breathe and had to call the doctor and she increased my prednisone to 40 mg for 2 weeks. there goes the weight I lost!!!
