Getting a major Rath vibe from the grim acceptance of harshness, the cool way of dealing with things, and your balance between anger and patience. He's also the only character in Blazing Sword with the ability to wield both a bow and a melee weapon from upon a horse, which you claim you liked.
I also saw a few traces of Serra, and several bursts of Matthew pushed into my mind from the tendancy to be lazy and to talk too much, both of which totally go against Rath. Also, the whole "betray your party" while still being loyal to friends, contradictive as it is, definitely defines Matthew, as does the "It's their fault" thing regarding the trap.
So while I see Rath the Nomadic Trooper and my instincts push me towards that, my head is telling me to vote Matthew the Thief.
I've gotta go with Matthew. While I think a few of your tendencies lean towards Rath, the majority (procrastination, loyalty-except-for-money, et cetera) seem to go towards Matthew. I don't think Matthew would betray people who cared about him for money, but he's so crafty that I think he'd betray and then come back (while fixing the situation). But the "Well, it's their fault anyway" attitude is definitely his. :)
Um, Vaida. She doesn't worry about what other people think about her behavior or how she looks. She blows up at people. She may not be so lazy or betray people for money, but I'm feeling her for this one.
