Because I am determined not to let my "condition" get me down and keep me at this goddamned weight forever, I went and added more to my already spilling over plate. There's an MMA place right across the street from the apartment complex that teaches MMA, Cage Wrestling, Ju-Jitsu, and Muay Thai. My brother is taking Ju-Jitsu and is absolutely loving

Alex and I came to the realization that, while it's perfectly fine and safe for me to be doing this stuff in a learning atmosphere, that I'm going to really need to be careful if/when I do start getting into actual sparring and/or competing. Getting injured, or even hit hard enough could very likely send me into adrenal crisis and that would plonk me in the ER pretty fast. But... that doesn't actually bother me too much. If anything it gives me incentive to get good at this, so I don't get hurt!
