So, I had that assessment this morning...At 8:45. I was awake at 7 am. Now, I know to a lot of perfectly civilised people out there, that's actually not that early, but for someone who often isn't awake until 11 and certainly isn't out of bed at that time, seven o'clock might as well have been 4 am or something.

I can completely empathise with you regarding a lot of this stuff!

Ha, last time I had any sort of diagnosis I was given Generalised Anxiety Disorder. twinsies!

I can relate to what you're saying, especially about whether you're doing the whole thing for yourself or for other people. I feel like that sometimes, especially when there's family or friends who clearly don't get how it works, and they start talking about how I obviously just have to do this or that and then I'll get all better and everything will be unicorns and rainbows. Having something to call it can be helpful though, especially when having to explain to friends and family what the hell's going on with your moods and that. People tend to get things with names more than things without names ( ... )
