So, I've been busy as hell...Trying to keep this train on the tracks, you know?

Gone up on some of my medications (Lamictal and Seroquel) and might have to switch antidepressants soon. I think the mood stabilisers are doing a decent job, but I don't feel better, if you know what I mean. So I think something has to give. Hopefully I can expect more, ( Read more... )

Whoa, that's one hell of a lot of intensive therapy, a full day a week for a year.. Also, those kinds of meds suck yellow snow. I hate meds that take ages and ages to leave your system. Unless it's something I'm to be on for the rest of time, I'd rather not.

I can't tell if I'm having post-exam reactions still (I only just got my results back, so it's still fairly fresh to me) or if I'm genuinely entering a new low period, but I'm hoping it's the former. I've no time for the latter, I've got to find a new job and all that now. I can be ill once I'm actually more securely installed in the work force somewhere. I'm also nearing the end of my self imposed waiting time before contacting my GP because of the moods, so we'll see how it goes. I'm guessing I'll end up seeing the GP just to be on the safe side.

Oh, I love take home and do them there-exams. As much as the regular six hour school exam is fab, being able to properly produce a coherent paper is just brilliant, I think. How did it go, were you pleased?
