When the Music Television channel (MTV) was initially broadcasted in August 1981, the purpose of the channel was to broadcast music videos. As egalitarian as it may be to defer humane compassion to celebrities like Britney Spears and Paris Hilton, they are indeed, as you say, responsible adults. Part of that responsibility includes how they choose to comport themselves in the public forum ( ... )
