weve been doing it since january and we're about 8 batches in now. The best one so far is a honey IPA which went over really well.

come join homebrewing! not that i do anything but lurk there, anyways.

a few of us just threw in $50 each and bought a kegging system. i'm so ready to not have to wash and sanitize beer bottles ever again.

Definitely joining that community, thanks for the heads up.

We're currently using the old Half Pints bomber bottles, which makes bottling slightly less painful. How long have you been brewing your own? Any awesome recipes that you'd like to share? :P

i've been brewing for probably four or five years, although i haven't done anything in the past year and am just about to get back into it. my beer skills are pretty weak, i've only ever made kits. with wine, i've done kits as well as a bunch from scratch.

i've really enjoyed making this alcoholic ginger beer, but i usually adjust the recipe to avoid step #7, which seems unnecessary and totally sketchy to me.
