Yes! I think all my uncle has to do is look at his bottom line and see that it's working for him. And that's enough. He also had these poles at a few spots where they take monthly (or whatever) pictures of the vegetation to monitor the growth. He said the changes in were just amazing.
I thought it was interesting. It's great to hear what local farmers are doing to create healthier farms and livestock. It sounds like the way he raises his animals is a lot less stressful on them which also results in better tasting meat.

I dont think we will have a hard time at all getting rid of a 1/4 or even a 1/2 a cow and I really really want to look into this seriously.
