She wants to close it because the Eclipse door actually goes 400 years into the past and dragons from the past are now flooding into the present -- I think what's happening here is a self-fulfilling prophecy: In the future, 10,000 dragons attack and wipe out most of humanity. That only happens because F!Rogue went back in time to tell the Princess to use the Eclipse cannon to fight off the dragons, but is really releasing dragons from the past into the future.
Now what I don't get is what F!Rogue hopes to attain from this and if F!Lucy was aware of the door going 400 years into the past. F!Rogue said that it's already been decided that Lucy will close the doors, but he could've been saying that to stop her from interfering with his plans. But on the other hand, F!Lucy said that she wasn't aware of closing the doors and that she wouldn't do such a thing, so....hmmm. We're missing a few puzzle pieces here.
