hey kids. i might as well update since theres nothing else to do. well i did go down the stairs at a pretty moderate speed just now and i can still breathe. mmmmHM. score one for the good guys. i almost wish i was still in the hospital because at least then i could get oxygen when i wanted it... instead of laying down for half an hour and breathing
