I'm okay Neil. It's not the first body I've had to autopsy.

Just. Never seen organs replaced like that.

Also never had frogs jump out at me when I opened the chest cavity. [She shudders.]

If you're looking for the culprit it is a Noah by the name of Tyki Mikk. Unfortunately he is very likely to get away with this as there is only one type of substance that can touch him.

A being possessed by aspects of Noah, a man who hated God.

Only Innocence can hurt a Noah. It is a material provided by God, which is meant to destroy those who wish to end humanity. However this isn't the world he's meant to end so I wouldn't know why he did it. He has no purpose here. Likely it was just for the sick pleasure of it.
