Rookie camp is almost over O_O

I have to teach AND pass off THE ENTIRE GOLD PACKET tomorrow morning (There's a handful of other rows in the same position though)

There have been rookie tears. Both out of pain (pulled muscles) and frustration.

One of my rookies pulled her groin from chief stepping. Before we passed it off. She spent all last night

Sometimes when rookies cry out of frustration it's because they're dehydrated. If they ever start to get teary eyed IMMEDIATELY make them sit and have a water break. I know that one well cuz it happened to me rookie year. After I had some water I sat there thinking to myself "wth, why was I EVEN crying before?"
