You might be saying what two posts in two days, what the heck is going on? Why don't you take care of your kid? sigh. Oh man, in 1987 NWA Straight Outta Compton and Eazy Duz It defined a whole genre and was the only thing that would pry me away from Metallica, Megadeth, Testament, Suicidal Tendencies, Anthrax, et. al. It was just so raw and not pop-ified.

I think the only rap CD that is equal to this day in terms of messages is Ice Cube Amerikkka's Most Wanted, and maybe Predator/Death Certificate.

Tupac, BIG, Comptons Most Wanted, geto Boys, etc. are all great, but you cant beat the first emotions you felt from hearing it. And Im by definition a music fan, mostly rock, but not a rap conisseur by any means.
