Good advice but as you said, not at all easy to live by. And even harder to keep living by. I have read several books that really seemed to help, but the effect wore off over time.

I would like to read the book - think RDub would let you pass it on to me before getting it back?

I'm half-way done. It's very good. It uses excellent hypotheticals as examples. I'll write a full review when I'm done. Which will be this week. It's a very small book.

Kevin - I'm sure RDub would let you borrow it.

Your posting has haunted me (in a good way) for quite a while now, and so today I found myself pointed to Barnes and Noble and came away with the book in hand. I will start it tomorrow. I'll keep you posted, and thanks again for sharing this...
