for the record, I'd like to thank you for "taking things to that next level". Today I met my mental health client that I am paired up with for the rest of the semester. He was very biligerant, socially inapproprite, and intense individual. I was more effective and able to establish a better rapport with him because your comments and behavior, that I am so accustomed to, had desensitized me and took away a potentially distracting fear/shock. HA HA HA HA.
