I really like your speech; I found it very quirky. It had its fair share of cliches but I think that only adds to the beauty of it. You say something contrived...and proceed to something totally off the wall. It's subtle. I approve :)

first of all, I really like it. I read it as if you were speaking to me in the audience and I found it very entertaining.

change the second "impart" towards the end if it's not too late, it just sounded a little redundant to me.
