OK, so watched the first episode of dollhouse...and I am of several viewpoints (and no, the important ones don't cover the echo's dress from the first scenario...was she mind wiped into an ESCORT!?!??!)
it was, for the most part, enjoyable (although I was having major flashbacks to Jared from The Pretender....am I the only one who remembers that show?). It had some great action, good story, drama...drama...DRAMA. oh...and pedophiles (GAG)
However...I had one problem (although the whole mind-wiped escort thing was...uncomfortable for me....but I think that was the point) NOT MUCH HUMOUR!!!! I miss the interaction between Walsh and the Captain, or the Randomness of River. I suppose it's possible that it'll come in with future episodes....but I want it nooooooooooooooow!
Ah well...I am now in the middle of the SG1 series finale (to which I STILL have mixed feelings) and the only thing going through my mind is "I should be getting back to my lit review"
