Um, is now a bad time to tell you I found the sheet? *innocent smile* because I can totally lie and say I haven't yet.

As for the theory, I'm thinking you're on the right track, maybe? It feels like we're missing something there, maybe she wants the specific concepts the writer referenced? like the Hawthorne effect or what have you.

Thanks for putting up the info though, I've been looking since yesterday and it was starting to rive me bonkers(ier?)

Introduction (5 marks)

the review begins with a general statement that tells the reader that five peer reviewd articles were examined, but only one was chose and WHY you chose that one over the other four.

identify the article by stating the title and the author

define or identify the general tiouc, issue, or area of concern, thys providing an appropriate context for the review of the literature.
