[small groan] I wonder if those crab things are edible. I mean, I've had long crab things before - I think they were called clawfish? - and they were tasty! I bet with the right cooking, the big crabs would be just as tasty! You never know unless you try

I've only ever gotten sick if I've eaten too much food! I mean, theres no food around, you'll never know till you try things.

I haven't seen any animals though. What about fishing! Theres a river isnt there?

Well, that's true you don't know until you try. But, they are highly poisonous so, if we did try and eat them we have to find their poison glands and remove them first.

There was a whale dragged to shore once, so I assume the ocean has something in it. I don't know how accessible that is though. But everything is worth a try!

Yeah.. I guess you don't really want to pick mushrooms unless you know if they are poisonous or not. My friend Senri was good at telling!
