Emotions: Talia's run hard and strong, but she keeps herself shielded pretty much 24/7. I think it might be very interesting for these two to get to know one another, so let's plot something! :3

Tsia has none of these so called "Sheeee-ill-d-s" things that you speak of. So the Opposite would be true. Talia would likely be picking up on EVERYTHING ( but you know this 8D ) ahahha .. YES .. UMm.. HMMM...

.... I will need to be questioning then how much life-energy a dead person has .. since .. the whole 'bio-gate' is how she sense people. I don't think it would work on dead people or ghosts... :|a hmmm.

And Alex. Oh Alex. IT WOULD BE FUNTIMES for fullmooness if Talia was the one to get biiiig kitty to calm down/ run with the cat 8D. The bonding I think would take some time too? But totes up for amazingball drama XD. FFFF. I can see her gravitating toward Alex just because his state of mind reflects hers/ would be familiar at times. YAY! wildness! of course all that bonding is going to take time ;_; she will be missing Ruka like hard.

BRYN

Bryn is a shapeshifter rather than a were-cougar, which means in time she'll eventually be able to take other shapes. As a result she...may associate herself with being a cougar but she doesn't carry the scent/mindset around really. In her cougar form she retains her own mind/headspace so...she wouldn't feel as feline as some of the others perhaps.

STILL, Bryn is fairly emotionally FJDASKFJLASD a lot so while she may present a calm face her emotions can and will veer around wildly at times. So, Bryn would probably be one of those people who has louder emotions >_>

IRIEL

Iriel is...human. Entirely. No kitty-ness.

Her emotions are...well. It'll depend. If it's some sort of emotion that at all would relate to a sense of vulnerability, despair, sadness, depression, it probably won't read too loudly. Something like anger, smugness, or triumph which...might be more common for her, would likely read more easily.

That is VERY intersting with Bryn! Perhaps one of those rare times Bryn is around there will be a " O.O... YOU ARE NOT A COUGAR?!??!?!" situation going on .... and yay! non-calm! :3
