Touch strips gone mad

So I've randomly got internet again. I wanted to post to see if anybody's heard about the problem I'm having with my tablet. At first I thought the touch strips were hyper sensitive to touch from when that guy tired to be "helpful" and jam my laptop bag into the almost full overhead compartment. I just got a reply back from Wacom after sending their tech support service an email about the problem. They've given me a possible solution that I won't have a chance to try until later today or tomorrow, but I'll let you know if it works.
