slowly rebuilding, I feel it in me

This transitional period was a little rocky, so I do apologise that you're all getting your Christmas (Holiday) gifts a bit belatedly.

Liza : a book, The Everything Jewish Wedding Book, and an old, framed picture of the two of them when they were 13.

Henri : cheese knives and a note, Not because you're French, just because it's one of those early-wedding-gift things

Acacia : a baby blanket (very gender neutral) - Charlotte the Plant looks wonderful in our new home. You should come and visit sometime.

Bellatrix : a dream catcher - Here's hoping! Can't thank you enough the cake. Heard you and Dorcas got engaged at our wedding, congratulations!

Mum and Dad : airplane tickets to Southern France - Relax already, will you? Make sure to cover Dad up else he'll blind all the little French women with his pale arms.

Anne : colourful chalk and all former notes and lesson plans, carefully bound with a red ribbon - You'll do just fine.

Livia : a book on cuneiform - You had this kicking around in your library, so I took it and got Chris to sign it.

Gerard : a pretty lace tablecloth - Figured this would be appropriate. Thanks for everything! even if making my wife uncomfortable was a bit much.

Fry : a shoe shine kit

Abime : a stack of graphing paper, and hidden inside a surprise
For Mathieu, a little red wagon. It's a present for all of you, really. It'll come in handy when that boy starts crawling and walking.

Q : a black tie For when the real world calls. Best be prepared!

Rita : in a wrapped package left on the kitchen table, a calligraphy pen and fancy nibs and inks. I promise a journal to go along with the set.
