It seems I finally got a job.

Starting Monday August 7th, I will be making $10.70 an hour at Brinks Home Security working in their call center.

After almost a two month drought, I may finally have a job.

Why do I say may? Well, I have to go in Monday for them to offer me a position and set up my training, so it's not official yet.

Does this imply you have found a means of transportation?

My dad has volunteered my his old Jeep. All that needs to be done is to get my insurance set up, have a mechanic (a personal friend of my father's) look at it, and then get some new tires. After that I am set.

However, for now I will have to rely on Eddie for a ride. This could be both good and bad becasue he has been unreliable in the past, but then again he has also been there in trying times. He's somewhat inconsistant with things like transportation, but if he wants me to pay him back he will just have to "buck up or shut the fuck up".

The Jeep is a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, maroon in color.
