Running

I'm back on track - I'm a runner again! Have been running pretty consistently for the past month, although only 14 - 24 miles per week. This week I stepped it up a bit, did an 8 mile run yesterday, and will finish at 29 miles for the week! I'm back on track for marathon training! My times seem slow, but nothing I can do about that at the moment, ( Read more... )
