I need my own copy of The Road, been getting cravings to just shove my head into it. Don't even need to read the whole thing, I think I just want to have it around so I can occasionally read the odd random page and let that hauntingly beautiful stark depression wash over me. I thought of one other thing there wasn't enough of in the film version, he only checks the boys breathing upon waking once... But that one time was brilliant, gave me an instant lump in my throat.
