And for the record, in my world, John is still seeing Sarah, natch. She lent him a nice pot of honey for drizzling berries with on attempted-eventually-successful-seduction night. And gave him tips. All of which Sherlock can figure out quite handily, of course. It's just-- it's just that _other thing_. For instance, he was coasting along under the delusion that he was straight! Which he will confess to John in some distress. He's worried what John will tell Sarah about him, but he likes them both. And... this comment is longer than my post.
