Yes, Ek... i think its just you. Everytime a cone is taken the effects are differant, similar perhaps but varied. You pulled, what is known as a "Fairy-Winkle" which is smaller than a small cone and you pulled half of it. This gave you a head spin, but then yes there is very little effect because YOU HAD SOO LITTLE, not cause the pot was ineffective. You merely pulled an ineffective cone, try it more often and through differant apparatus' to find what best way to tantalize your mind.
