I've discovered emusic, LEGAL downloading.

And as a consequence, I've RE-discovered Rachael Sage, and I think I want to marry her.

Define emusic. Does one pay for it? And if not, why is it legal, as opposed to P2P software, where clearly one "swaps" one song for another? (Well, unless you're like me and set the upload rate to zero, but shhh.)
