Hi dear, we've checked and re-checked our accounts and spree pages but we don't have records of your purchase. Perhaps you can direct us to the exact link of your order? Because at the moment, our accounts doesn't have your email address at all so we will need to refer to the actual site to confirm if it's an error on our side :)

Hello! Our flickr account had some problems and all our photos got deleted by accident, which explains why the photos are down :( We'll fix it up asap! :)
