HAHA! WHAT A LOSEUR (Yes he's so stupid he deserves the british spelling)! Why would he do that? Why isn't it a reqirement for men to take an iq test and if their score is lower than average, perform this ritual, so as to never be able to procreate? I could think of a few people who I would want to participate. Can we start a petition for the start of such a process?
