Oh Julie! Obviously there wasn't more you could've done to make sure the mouse was dead. I'm sorry you had to deal with that!! I think it's so great that you are so conscious of the importance of these animals and want to make their quality of life (and of death) as good as you can. xoxo

Poor Julie! And poor mouse! I'm sorry that happened.... You did do everything it could. I echo the first person's sentiments....I'm glad that people like you who value research mice's lives are working behind the counter.

Glad to hear that the trainer was eqaully confused about what happened, too....
