Well, the last month or so has been really interesting. This includes several fights with the boyfriend. I think things are ok in that realm right now, though. (GOOOD!) Also, school has been INSANE. This past week hasn't been horrible, but the week before was probably one of the most stressful weeks of my life

I always wondered how a Rorschach test was scored/evaluated. I thought that since it was seemingly so subjective it would be a nightmare to interpret. I guess I was on the right track with that thought!

Well, it's not as subjective as you probably think. It involves a lot of coding about what type of response it is and like certain things they say are coded and it's not as much about the specific thing you say but what kind of category. And the categories are what you interpret, and have a specific meaning behind them. Although, I think now we are supposed to interpret based on actual answers, but it doesn't get much weight to it, it's just used to support other evidence. It's really hard to explain b/c it is like learning a new language and having to train yourself to think differently. Plus, I don't really understand a lot of it either! And, we haven't discussed how these people came up with these interpretations, which seems sketchy to me, since we learned that about all the other tests... UGH! It's a pain in the ass, I swear. :) I thought it would be fun to give it, or take it, but it turns out that isn't even fun either. :(
