so today was an OKAY day. uhm i was in pain all day with my back. this hasnt happend in a long while. so i talked to coach and he said it was okay for me to sit out. he didnt want me to hurt myself. so i was going to get in but i had given away my cap and goggles. so i felt useless.... i hate that
