Jack is changing out of his scrubs, ready to go home and enjoy a quiet night with Kate and the baby. As soon as he steps foot out of the hospital he spots Kate, waiting for him on a bench.

“Hey there” is what he says once he has caught up with her, he sits next to her. She remains silent for a few minutes, making him wonder if he did something wrong

I know it's sad but it also show Jack being there for her, ALWAYS.

Plus I do need to give them something to do beside each other LOL

Poor Kate. I love when Jack is there for her. He's the only one who can make her feel better.

Aww... I was weeping a little while reading it *_* I love that you don't write just about their happy days together :) I'm waiting for some angst tho :D

Well I don't think JK had 3 years full of happy days,it wouldn't be realistic and I'm trying to be realistic ;)

Yeah I know, but I've read many many fics where JK were happy, in love blah blah and like that for the whole time lol

I can't blame people for wanting JK happy 24/7 but I don't think it was anything like that. Sure they were MAJORLY happy but not all the time, all the days.
