Pris and gym-ing

Well.. been going to the gym quite frequently nowadays (every Tue and Thursday with the occasional Sats or Sun)

All thanks to my lovable collagues ( it's always fun to have exercise buddies)

Although i'm still in under no conditions to be called "fit", i've noticed pretty much improvements to my fitness levels ever since i started hitting the gym.

Eh..pple say becos muscles are weight...so when doing certain exercise is building up muscles...so will be fitter and heavier...
