Wow, so this is Ashley's triumphant return to livejournal??
If you need ANY HELP WITH THE WHITE SPAGHETTI AND CLAMS, LET ME KNOW!!!! Don't forget plenty of garlic. And butter. And oregano. If you have rosemary, I always put the smallest dash of that in. And use OLIVE OIL. Extra virgin olive oil if you have it. That's the real Italian stuff.
Oh my gosh. You've inspired me to make it myself either tomorrow night or friday. I usually wait until spring semester and celebrate Lincoln's birthday with it, but...oh, I'm sure someone cool was born the 8th or 9th of september! Like King Richard I, AKA Richard the Lionheart. Yeah.
(Thanks for also making me realize that it's 1:40 am and I haven't eaten since 2 pm earlier today)
This is my triumphant return. I'm sure it could have been better, but hey, it was late. :-P
The recipe that I used didn't mention olive oil.... you should give me your's, it's sounds good! Although for a first time, I think mine was pretty darn sweet. Good thing I took your advice about the garlic, I put double the amount the recipe said and it still wasn't enough!!
Sorry about making you hungry... did you eat anything?
I apologize for any insult that might have caused you. Of course what I meant was: you must tell me the ingredients that you use and your method of cooking!
Ashley!! Hooray to having to cook. I haven't actually had to do much cooking so far because my aunt brought a huge lasagna and I've been eating that all week. Anyway, I love you and miss you and can't wait to hear from you again!
