So, I woke up to my 5:30 alarm this morning, which told me to "JOG, BITCH!" when I thought to myself: I don't need to jog every day. I'm pretty sure I only need exercise like, three times a week, for 20 minutes or something. I hope that's a true thing, and not something I made up in my head. Because I've decided to cut down on my jogging. Three

also, as far as health goes, the better you eat, the healthier you will be. diet is basically everything.
you should be proud of yrself, getting up at 5am 3 times a week is a solid achievement. :)
