What I want you to send me is what workouts you'll be doing, and how many times a week. ideally, I'd like to see you doing cardio 4x a week! :O)

5x a week will get you some results! Email me your email address, so I have a way to keep you motivated, and I'll send you a link with a couple of things that will help you along the way! :O) I'm proud of ya'll, you're on your way! I worked out this morning to a cardio kickboxing routine that whupped my ass and I loved it! I'm only 2.5 lbs away from my short term goal. I know I'll hit that in the next week, so I'll be making another goal to reach! :O)
