Ah. So no proof, actually. ;) That's what I was asking. And nothing against your reasoning, but I just believe in audiovisual proof and I have no faith whatsoever in written stuff.
I would have to make a special effort to put swordfights and explosions in, and some amusingly gruesome villains, and some jokes, oh, and Jack Sparrow, rather than just have the Naval characters talk at each other all the time as they tend to do in my stories at the moment though!
