i just spend about 10 days in new york (with a few days in Philly and DC). going with a couple of friends who had never been before, it was quite nice to do the usual sights with them such as the Statue of Liberty and the Empire State Museum. Security to all this places are really tough. No belts, no jackets and all bags have to be scanned. The

i don't know what balenciaga bags look like. as long as they don't have monograms all over them- i think that's one thing in their favour already!

i don't mind coach bags (although there are a lot out there...) but those longchamp ones, the canvas thing with the leather lip - what's up with that???

hahaa okay. but ethan how? he doesn't shop right? (how about briningg keen meng and leave ethan with him. they can go to the zoo or something while we shop. hee hee)

i think that if you're going to blow anything above 300USD on a bag- at least make sure the bag is leather. i NEVER understand why people spend so much on a canvas bag just because of the brand. now that's nuts!
