i know it's been ages since I last posted and I had thought about deleting my LJ account but it's situations like this that remind me why i've kept it. sometimes i want to share info with people, but not with everyone i know or in some cases 'know' on facebook. So what is happening today

thanks! moving wasn't as painful as i thought would be but i think the unpacking will be! ahahah

haah sure! once i've unpacked, which might take me a while! there are boxes and bags EVERYWHERE! it's a bit of a tip at the moment.

this morning, my flatmate and i tried to have tea and toast for breakfast and we gave up on the toast cause we couldn't find our cutlery! ahahah

the mortgage won;t hurt after a while (esp if the prices move steadily up)
but keep an eye out for repairs and it's good to know a mr fixit who you can call in case of emergencies.

yeah- i like this area, it was quite dodgy a couple of years back but things are improving because of the new shopping centre :)

the mortgage actually works out to be cheaper than my rent before (cause my flatmate is paying rent to help me cover my mortgage) which is crazy!

thanks for the tip on the mr fixit. I have a friend who's quite good at it. he came by yesterday to fix up my dining table and brought wood filler because he said 'everyone needs wood filler!' ahahha... the only thing he won't touch are allen keys which I totally agree!!!
