So that baby blanket I entered in a county fair in July?

I won/earned a blue ribbon!



After which, I decided to check out other possible exhibits I could enter, and I discovered an apple pie contest at our own county farm show! So my question to you all is, pie crusts? Any good recipes? Tips or suggestions?
