so basically i think that until the toothpaste starts to get empty it doesnt matter where you sqeeze it from. but when it gets down to the nitty gritty, you HAVE to roll it up from the bottom to get the last bit. so all in all, i do both. miss you! im so glad i got to see you yesterday!
