What often irritates me about people commenting out on controversial issues is the blatant misinformation spread by these speakers.
For example, consider some of quotes today in reaction to California Superior Court Judge Richard Kramer's ruling that the California law banning same-sex marriage is unconstitutional.

The longer this fight goes on the less sense I can make of the arguments against it. The background research on the judge (ie Republican Roman-Cathloic) says that he has handled very tough cases and has a reputation for being fair yet tough. Calling for his dismissal because he didnt hand down the rulling you want is typical of the bullying tactics being used by the opposition. Reffering to a judge that in another context might be classified as "traditional" as an "activist" and "rogue" is just beyond me.
