Glad to see you went back to this story. I have no idea where you are going plot-wise, but the story is lush and sensual.

I reread the first chapter before starting this, and the description of Jared sleeping was tangible.

Not necessarily questions you need to answer here, but maybe questions the fic should answer - how are Jared and Shannon brothers when Jared is an angel? Did he take the body of a child when he fell and grew up with Shannon? Sounds like Shannon didn't always know what his brother was.

I like the way you reinterpreted the 30STM lyric.
