how are they compared to fri? (I don't care enough to try and figure out where to find this information myself, but I know they went WAY down mon right after the descision, then rallied and went up, but I don't know what the net was... of course, it just failed the first attempt in the house, Bush can keep tweaking his proposal to spend 5% of the US's GDP on bad mortguages (that the govt will then will try and make semi-ok or write off) and ramming it through the House and Senate until the cows come home. or congress closes for a break.)
