The reason yesterday's journal entry on shoes had 'chewin the fat...' as part of the subject was due to the inclusion of the subject of fat in the entry. Except I didn't. So here it is

I am too lazy to get stuff to back me up, but it's ALL fat that tells the brain that you've eaten something, not just saturated fat. Protein is also important, especially for things like repairing muscles after excercise (so try and get something high-protein within an hour of stopping).
