I was hoping to write in this space something slightly triumphalist. If I said otherwise i'd be lying. As mentioned before, maybe not explicitly, doing the Big Ben Nevis Triathlon was something i'd pinned quite a lot of my hopes on for the summer. Lots of training and mental energy dedicated to demonstrating to myself that I could do it
