Time to ride to Tayport and hopefully get a few pics in :)

Looking forward to this weekend starting with the climbing on Friday night, riding back to my folks place in Fife which will be a nice 60mile ride in. Might even ride back...see how I feel and how the time goes. Then Saturday night....don't know exactly yet but should be fun!

And on Sunday there will be cake.

Nothing like a nights sleep to relax and feel refreshed. I have a bad habit of dwelling on such incidents for more than is healthy, just need to forget it and move on. Given that it's such behaviour is so ingrained into the UK psyche there is no point in getting worked up about it. Future is still out there and it can only get better :)

It's typical that I haven't had a puncture for months that I get two within a couple of days. I got one on the way to work and was late then last night I had to walk the best part of 3-4miles back home as I didn't have a spare toob.

In other news, I should go to Nervenkreig tonight:)
